Initially, R&O was founded in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia (WA) catering to the Mining, Oil and Gas, and Maritime industries but has expanded its reach to cater to New Zealand & the Islands.

Bevan originally had a background in business and accounting long before entering the Crane industry, where he took a hands on approach to become a highly skilled rigger. He has since hung up his gloves and taken up the responsibility of CFO here at R&O.

Niklesh brings a business and construction background to R&O with over a decade in the construction industry where he has project managed a number of large and small commercial developments. He has a logical and pragmatic approach and believes that good planning is worth its weight in gold.
